Onion / Zwiebel

redwine / Rotwein

Flour / Mehl
1 spoon / EL
Bouillon

Noodle Hörndli
180g
Apples / Äpfel
4 pieces
sugar / Zucker
2 spoon / EL
作り方

1. Apple Mus - 40 minutes

Slice the apples in thin cubes.
Put the sugar in a little pan and let it melt.
Then add the apples and stir from time to time.

Let the apples cook so they will fall together.
First on high temperature (10 minutes) then
30 minutes on low. All the time cooked covered.

2. the meat - 10-15 minutes

Slice onion and garlic very thin.
Take a bigger frying pan heat them hot and roast them in a little butter or oil.

Then add the meat and cook it well through.
Add some salt, lot of pepper and other spices if you like. Add a spoon of flour abd boil it with all good through. Add the redwine. Give some bouillon to it and let it cook down until it is a thick sauce.

3. Hörndli Pasta - 10 - 15 minutes

Boil water and add a big spoon of Salt.
Then boil the Hörndli Pasta for 8-10 minutes.
Drain the water and serve with meat and apple Mus
