- In a pan combine the almonds, sugar and water.Bring to a boil on med-high heat stirring continuously.

- Cook until the water evaporates and the sugar crystallizes.

- Continue to stir until the crystallized sugar starts to melt and turn to a caramel .

- Coat the almonds well and remove from heat.
- 4
- Pour on parchment paper or a baking mat to cool.Make sure to spread out the almonds so they don't clump together .
