Hi Nami,thanks for the comments,your description is correct! The food in Kyoto always leave me good memories,I have been wanting to make this but held back because you know,quite a lot of work...Well I finally did it,the most difficult part was getting あられ,I had to get them in Japan,the original dish has it and I wanted to reproduce it completely this time.. I admire Japanese life,the least I could do in HK is to eat the way Japanese does,I also want to be able to cook like Nami!
