Sift flour and salt. Add sugar. Rub in butter . Add egg and mix well to form a soft dough. chill the dough dough about 15 mins.

Heat milk. Cream egg yolks and sugar. Add cornflour and mix well. Gradually add the milk and mix well. Return mixture to pan and cook until thickens,stirring continuously. Leave to cool.

Roll out dough. Place in a pie/ tart tin . Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 mins. Leave to cool.

Pour cream over pastry. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Chill until serving.
