This is the first sample. It cooked in a few minutes, the result is soft, comfortably chewy and tastes like home :) I am not sure how I will stop eating this 😁
This look really good,even without any sauce!Two things I am really scared of,jet lag and making fresh pasta,may be I'll make use of it and do the same thing next time I have a jet lag.So you went back Hungary for Christmas?
To: rikk haha yes, jet lag is scary, especially that I can hardly ever sleep on the plane! Yes I had the chance to celebrate Christmas at home with my family and spend some time in Budapest too! My mom and grandma warned me about the trouble of kneading the dough for the pasta, so I started with a v
To: rikk I only used one egg, so it was enough for tasting in the morning and lunch :) it was not easy but not impossible. I'm sure I can improve a lot though! Have you ever tried making? The cutting part is so much fun!
To: rikk I meant I started with a very small amount, not to waste too much if I fail :)
It really does look great,I think you recipe is good!I tried a few times but didn't get very good result,and I would have enjoyed more if I have more space in the kitchen,but one day I really want to perfect my skill on pasta making because I love it so much,not only noodles,also the stuffed ones to
too,and it's essential to have good fresh pasta sheet to start with,I think!
To: rikk I think so! I don't know how I would roll the dough with a regular rolling pin! It must be a hard job to make it even and thin everywhere.
