Allow the Pie crust to come to room temperature by taking it out of the fridge 15min prior starting.

Unfold the pie crust in a 9.5 inch pie dish by creating folds with the part. Use a fork and poke tiny holes in the crust. Ensure the bottom and sides of the dish are done.

Cook your bacon until crispy. Remove from heat source and drain the grease out. Allow bacon strips to cool off along with drain of any excess grease. Chop it to desired size and set aside.

Used the same drained pan to sautée the spinach . Once cooked, drain the spinach of any excess water using a colander.

While the spinach is cooling off, whisk the eggs, heavy whipped cream, milk , Gruyère cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Layer the bottom of the dish with the chopped bacon. Repeat with spinach. Add the liquid mixture to the dish

Cook the Quiche for 45-60 min or until crust looks crispy
