Mochi rice dish is 生炒糯米飯,usually it's made with Chinese sausage,but here they use Taiwanese,which is softer in texture. The ham I bought you is Chinese ham,金華火腿,good for stir fried with 白菜(津白)! The bottom dessert is called 楊技金露豆腐花. Haha,it's hard to remember so many unfamiliar dishes!
リックが予約してくれたお店はとってもモダンでスタイリッシュ、洗練された飲茶でした。ひとつひとつのお料理が工夫されていて新しいのだそう。
焼豚はフルーツソースのような甘さがあってジューシー。餅米炒飯は肉骨茶風の香りです。台湾ハムが使われているって教えてくれたかな(色々教わりすぎて記憶が怪しい)
とにかくどれも美味しくて、要するに食べ過ぎました。
