Need to make this Lotus leaf rice before summer ends.
I am especially fond of food that wrapped with some kind of leaves, this one is got to be my favourite and one of the popular item being served at dim sum restaurants.When I was a kid,I used to anticipate those carts that come with these,and abso
absolutely would not leave until I had one.
Mine has roast duck,dried scallop,dried shitake,egg,shrimp.
(ローストダック、干貝柱、s干ししいたけ、卵、エビ),but the main focus of this really is the rice,that takes on the lotus leaf aroma.

Yes,I guess these type of leaf wrapped food are over Asia,and I love it,very lucky I could get fresh lotus leaf here!I don't need steamer often,but I still keep one for some dishes I made,just a really cheap one!Thank you for compliment,and resnap too!

Yes,you are right,rice is steamed and it's actually not difficult to make. Basically,cook rice in rice cooker, then mix in the roast duck, shitake,flavourings,etc,wrapped up in the lotus leaf,then steamed in the steamer for 30 mins.I got the leaf in the market,dried ones are always available,but whe

when they asked me whether I want fresh or dried, I went "fresh !",because they are only available during summer,and always has a better aroma,not expensive too.

dried good store to ask for one,and they asked me if I want or dried or fresh,of course I want a fresh!The rest is a breeze.And so is answering all comments👆,mine could never compare to yours!Moving on to next one now ,later!

我前一段还带来好多荷叶和各种中草药想减肥,喝了几次就厌了,赶紧去找一下。
对了,今天总算做了你的糟鱼片,片栗粉包得不够多,还是怎么的,煮下粉少了好多,没有滑滑的感觉,对了日本的糟都没米粒了,总的味道还行😃因为太匆忙,最后还忘了勾些粉,下次再改良一下*\(^o^)/*

謝謝你的resnap!我也是第一次聽到荷葉可當作中藥的,但為了這個,要趕緊找一些回來啊!這次給我買到新鮮的,不然的話乾的也可以(當然需要預先浸軟)。一點都不困難的,米飯是用電飯煲煮熟,廣東式的燒鴨買回來的(雞也可以代替),切丁。乾菇浸軟切丁,乾瑤柱浸軟後撕開,雞蛋炒熟,切丁,小蝦仁炒至剛熟。把飯和所有配料伴勻,加醤油,蠔油,白胡椒粉,麻油調味,就這樣放進荷葉包起來,蒸三十分鐘便大功告成,不需要炒的,用的是普通絲苗米較佳,並不是糯米來的!請試試看不明白的話隨時找我!現在就過去看你的魚!

我找到了荷叶了,好大破破的,昨晚又熬了好久没做的减肥茶,有山楂,决明子等等,荷叶好像也有降脂功能,妈妈在药店里买的。不过最近运动的多,吃得少,花了四,五个月已减了四公斤🎉
好在看到叶子要泡一下,还以为就这么干包,煮过的米再加上各种炒过的配料后调好再蒸,又让我大开眼界😳我定会试试的♪( ´θ`)ノ

找到荷葉嗎,太好了!我用的是新鮮的,需要熱水裏川燙一下才變軟,你用乾的話,泡水後還不夠軟的話,也可這樣做,不然的話,包起來的時候比較困難,又會弄破荷葉的。還有一些細節,煮飯的時候,可用泡過乾菇的水,和一些雞湯,這樣會更美味。泡過的菇先炒一下。調味的話,蠔油不需要太多,一丁點就夠了。

不过不碍事,里面好吃就行了。香茹汁煮饭,色香即全,一定好吃,好想快些去试,不过好像没有干贝了,用其他东西代替好了。对了有鸡汁鲍鱼缶头😄

這裏夏天的時候,新鮮荷葉不難找,我這張價錢只是¥60左右。香氣較乾的清香一點。破的話可用兩張,或者放一張錫紙在底,然後才放上荷葉一起包,包好後才拿掉。味道也應該不會影響,我個人很喜歡干貝,跟這飯很配合,日本也應易容易買到,真的不方便的話,其他的也可代替,鮑魚也很理想,差點忘記你是鮑魚富豪。香港也有加進了鮑魚的富貴版荷葉飯。

今天早上马上做了,挑了张完整的没破的好大的叶子做,晒过的好香,
干贝用干ムール貝代替,还加了些新鲜鲍鱼,切片,因为儿子不吃,鸡汁鲍鱼缶也放了,还有鸡肉,莲子,葡萄干,蒸后上面撒些花生,核桃等,虽然包的不漂亮,味道好极了。谢谢!😍

對啊,不知為甚麼,總喜愛吃用各種葉包住的食物,非常幸運在香港可以買到新鮮的荷葉,不知沖繩可不可以找到,但可以考慮自己種一些荷花,又可觀賞又可食用!
