Skampi Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a while.(until the onion is translucent.)

Add the prawns and sauté for few minutes. Then add tomato paste, water and white wine. Boil it slowly for 10min.

Add bread crumbs and parsley. Cook it for a while.

Knedliky Cut the bread into cubes, place them on the baking tray and dry them for few hours or just toast before cut it. Put the cubed bread in a bowl and salt them and add the herbs, muscat nuts, milk and egg yolk mixture then soak them.

Sprinkle flour into the bowl and mix everything well and add merengue from egg white.

Spread the dough on the plastic film, roll it tightly and tie the edges well.

Heat the water in the steamer, place the dumpling in the steamer. Cook for 20min. Cut it tethered and serve hot with any kind of meat or vegetables sauté.
