Vietnamese Roll

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Vietnamese rice paper
2 pieces
Prawns
2 pieces
Pork (boiled)
2 pieces
Mint leaves
2 pieces
Lettuce
3 pieces
Basil leaves
2 pieces
Peanut (grounded)
5g
Peanut butter
2 spoonfuls
Hoisin sauce
2 spoonfuls
Water
1 cup
Chili padi (sliced)
1 stalk
Spring onion
1 stalk
作り方

Mix peanut butter and hoisin sauce together.

Add some water bit by bit to achieve a sauce consistency.

Sprinkle grounded peanut and chili slices, depending on your heat preference.

Wet the rice paper by dipping your fingers into the water till it softens by a little.

Place lettuce, mint leaf and basil onto the rice paper.

Fold the rice paper inwards on the left and right sides to secure the greens. Place the pork and prawn upwards on the greens and continue to roll the rice paper.

Before sealing the rice paper, place a strig of spring onion on the right side of the rice paper and continue to roll it. Seal it up.
ポイント

Do not wet the rice paper with too much water. Start dampening it first and adjust the amount of water usage as and when. The rice paper should not be shiny.
