Coconut milk with banana,sago and crushed ice

Making use of the very last of summer days,still plenty of ice desserts I want to make!
This one is from Vietnam,rather plain looking but very tasty.
Banana is cooked in coconut milk,then add in cooked sago,chilled and mixed with crushed ice.

I know this Vietnam desserts, is it 'チェー' ? Coconat milk and crush ice is best desserts in Vietnam! I would like to make a topping ice cream on it.

It's very similar to chè,both have sago and coconut milk,and eat with crushed ice,but chè have mung bean while this one has banana.Also this supposed to have pandan leaf,but I have lemon grass at home ,so I used it instead...
Icecream on top should be marvelous,amazing idea!
