Simple Croissant

Milk powder

Instant Yeast
10 gr
Bread Improver
5 gr
Salt
10 gr
Butter
30 gr
Cold Water
250 ml
Pastry Margarin
250 gr

Mix all ingredients except Pastry Margarin until window pane

Rounding and and cover with towel and rest for 15 minutes

Roll the dough until square 20 cm x 40 cm

Cover with plastic wrap and put on freezer about 1 hour

Meanwhile, roll Pastry butter on plastic wrap 20cm x 20 cm and keep on refrigerator
