coconut chili lime turkey burgers on sweet hawaiian sweet rolls topped with Parmesan cheese shred with macaroni and cheese bites.

材料・調味料 (6 人分)
1 lb ground turkey
1 lime
1 jalapeño red pepper
1 coconut powdered 1/2 sweet onion
dash of sea salt & black pepper
1 pack hawaiian sweet rolls
1 pack Parmesan shredded cheese
1 cup coconut milk
1 pack mac n cheese blend
1 cup vegetable noodles
1 cup panko crust
1 cup coconut oil
作り方

add turkey ground, chili pepper, lime zest & squeeze juice, salt, pepper, powdered coconut in large mixing bowl. sauté sweet onions & add to base in mixing bowl. Mix mixture by hand & scoop 1/4 cup mixture & shape in ball.
heat small non stick skillet/pan & place ball in hot pan. use fork to press out burgers. 4 burgers at a time.
Next cut open hawaiian sweet rolls, add shredded Parmesan cheese on bottom or top of roll. When burgers are done place them on the buns.
last heat electric panie or sandwich toaster or George Foreman grill and place burgers until cheese is melted.

macaroni and Cheese bake.
boil veggies noodle in salted water until done. drained noodles and return to low heat stove. add 1 tsp. butter & cream cheese (optional) mac n cheese cheese sauce and coconut milk until thick creamy like. preheat oven to 375°
On flat pan coat with coconut oil and panko crust thick layer. place in oven for 10 minutes then remove.
Add macaroni & cheese mixture over panko crust, bake for 20 minutes, remove and add top layer over mac n cheese and bake an additional 15 miutes or until done.
Let cool then cut into shape of choice and serve
