Marinate wing with pepper and soy sauce. Grill until turned brown bith sides. Cook in slow to medium charcoal or electric grill setting. About 10 minutes is enough depending on the sizes.

For the sauce. Minced garlic into small pieces. Add chopped chillies or pepper depending your spice preference. Then add yogurt little sugar and soya sauce. Put 2 tsbp of water if desired. Heat on a pan or just as is.
