1 Kiwi (Green / Gold)
2 Bananas
10 Strawberries
10 Raspberries
Handful of Ice Cubes
1/4 Plain Low Fat Yoghurt
1/2 Can Coconut Water
Nata De CoCO (Optional Topping)
Add your Favourite Fruit / Healthy Snacks for Toppings

Put all the fruits, ice, coconut water and yoghurt in to the blender. Blend for around 30 seconds.
