Grill Chicken with Yuzu jam sauce

材料・調味料
Chicken
500 g.
Yuzu jam
4 table spoons
Japanese soy sauce
3 table spoons
Salt-pepper
Garlic
4-5 cloves
Boiled baby corn
1 pack (about 10 sticks)
Shimeji
1 pack
Kaiware
1 pack
Olive oil
作り方

Cut chicken into pieces, sprinkle with salt-pepper.

Chop garlic.

Mix yuzu jam and soy sauce in a little bowl.

Put olive oil into fry pan, grill chicken until they cooked and turn nice brown.

Put chopped garlic into fry pan, fry until it turns light brown.

Put boiled baby corns and shimeji into fry pan, then add yuzu-soy sauce sauce. Fry until vegetable cooked.

Topping with kaiware before serve.
