Chicken (without skin)

Fresh Parsley

Egg yolk

作り方

Prepare Okra in advance, boiled slightly. Cook rice. Peel and dice carrots, and onion, crush garlic. Squeeze juice of half of lemon. Chop 1packet of parsley.

Place 2l of water, chicken and 1pack of fresh parsley in a pot and turn it to high heat. When it boils cook it on medium heat with lid until meat is cooked. If necessary replenish with warm water so that the level of water is about the same throughout cooking.

In the separate pot put butter or oil and cook onions until translucent and then add carrots, celery and garlic and cook around 5min.

Take the chicken and parsley out of the pot when it’s done. Remove chicken skin and dice the meat, and cut the parsley too. Pour water from chicken into the pot with vegetables. Cook with lid until vegetable is soft. Turn off the heat, put chicken and parsley back.

Mix egg yolk and sour cream in a cup, and then pour into the soup, and simmer another 5min. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and vegeta.

If you like the soup more thicker, place the flour and some water in a smaller cup, then mix well so there are no bubbles. Add the mix to the soup so that it thickens. Let it simmer for 5-10min. Dice the remaining fresh parsley and Okra add it to the soup. When it’s done, and pour into the bowl, add around 1tbs of cooked rice onto the soup. Or you can eat it with bread instead of rice.
