Out of season,but just wanted to use up the sakura leaves.
これはもう和食の懐石料理の一品のような素晴らしさ。お座敷で、花見をしながら食べたいなぁ。

I see,it's more like a formal eating dish,like kaiseki,I am very glad that you compare my dish to the very prestige kind of Japanese cuisine,I respect traditional food culture and this is something that I like to explore more.
Anyway I enjoyed this very much,but I will move on to more summer food from now!

As for unfamiliar person with you,nobody believe you cooked this by your self in HK!

Anyway,thank you always for super kind words,probably nothing special for you,but I have to admit for a HK guy,it's rare to do something like this,I haven't seen any local restaurant serve this here yet,may be it's just not the thing being appreciated.But I do,I love traditional thing,even more so after knowing you,thanks for your influence!
