Wash and cook your rice and boil your egg till done and set aside.

Wash and blend your fresh tomatoes, scotch bonnet, onions, garlic, ginger

In a pot add your meat, slice in some onions, add tyme, curry, ginger, garlic, seasoning and salt to taste...add water and set to cook

In anothet pot add your vegetable oil , when it's heated pour in your blended veggies(fresh tomatoes and the rest)and the canned tomato paste and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes while you stir continously.

Then pour in your meat and meatstock into the tomato mix, crayfish,stir and cover to cook for about 20mins

Then your stew is ready ... You plate the white rice and boiled egg then the stew on top.
