I always use the freezed-dried ramen available in the market in packs of 5...I choose the most expensive brand because the noodles when cooked is like namamen(生麺)in texture...it also includes the base soup that is already quite yummy, I just add a little tahini & a little peanut butter for more flavor...the toppings is based on the serving suggestion in the package! not my idea really but that is the way they serve it in most ramen shops anyway 😊looks so appetizing & is easy to make too! which is very very important to all working mothers in Japan! yes!easy & yummy...😄
