ブリオッシュ☆

オーブンフル稼働でした。。笑

アーモンドチョコガナッシュ入りのブリオッシュです。
他で使ったチョコガナッシュが余ってしまったのでブリオッシュ生地に包んで焼きました。

これは低イーストのオーバーナイトで生地を仕込んでみました😊
バター分も多くかなり丁寧に捏ねたので、口の中で溶けるような食感で美味しかったです😋

食べた過ぎぃー！！！！Coffee頭からかぶって倒れて、助けられても理由が、食べた過ぎなんて、言えないから黙って倒れてます(Ｔ＿Ｔ)

It's a special brioche,one that I have never seen before,knowing you,you are just too good to do the norm!
First of all,it's bake in a glass,right?
And I usually see this with a cute little knob on the top,but this shape is great looking too.Also I normally see this plain,but you add delicious filli

filling in it,almond chocolate ganache,this is a sexy brioche!But the fact is that I am not really familiar with this eggy bread,I only know it the proper bread to make French toast with,but I rarely eat it,I know it's an important bread to learn,I will tackle this eventually!

Thanks! I'm happy happy you liked it.Yep,this is heat-resistant glass cups.My mom bought me when I was 16 yo,we grow older together since then.it's my old friends! I haven't any brioche mold, so i used glass instead of that.it's not too shabby,isn't it?😁
I recommend to try to make bri

brioche,because it representative of the rich bread.and easily to make than hard crust type.you can enjoy the molding freely, too.(braid or loaf mold) please try it,i think You can bake special one!

Anyway,it's not important,There is some ceramic festival gathering numerous ceramists.(From classical ceramics till new artist .main held in Kyoto or Nagano etc) There lift up to popular ceramist from obscurity. Cuz many pro buyer come over and looking for newcomer.加藤san were dug out
