Gnocchi di zucca e ricotta con salsa marinara;) Pumpkin and ricotta gnocchi with marinara sauce;)

Pumpkin pulp
350g
Potato
1 piece
Ricotta cheese
350g
Eggs

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Parmesan cheese

Salt
To taste
Flour 強力粉

Tomato can (mix fresh tomatoes if you like)
2 potion
Garlic
4cloves
Onion

Olive oil
To taste
Salt and pepper
To taste
Bay leaves

作り方

Gnocchi dough:
Steam or cook it the oven the pumpkin and mash with help of masher keep aside.

In a bowl mix the ricotta, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, Parmesan, pumpkin and eggs and mix well until you get a dough.

Take the dough and start to roll the gnocchi.

The sauce:
In a pan with olive oil roast the sliced garlic and put aside.

In a saucepan with olive oil, bay leaves and chopped onion cook for 5min. and add tomato can cook for 10-15min. and then add fresh tomatoes.

Cook the gnocchi in a salty water dry and pour in the sauce and serve on top with roast sliced garlic.
