Fruit sponge cake

whipping cream
300ml
chocolate

Sift flour

Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy and light in color for about 10-15 mins.

Fold in the flour gently. Add vanilla extract and mix gently.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 mins

Leave to cool when done.

Whip the cream until soft peaks forms.

Cut the cake in 2-3 layer.

Frost and layer the cake with the cream

Top with fruits and chocolate as you wish.
