レシピ
材料・調味料 (6 serving)
white pumkin
1 whole
sugar
1 cup
ghee
2 tbsn
cashew
6-8
badam
3-4
dry grapes
8-10
saffron/turmeric pwd
a pinch
作り方

Take the pumkin peel off the skin , cut it into two halves and take away the middle part ie the seed part. Cut the cleaned pumkin into straight pieces and scrape it

In a heated pan add 1 tbsp ghee and roast cashew, badam and dry grapes and keep it aside.

In the same pan add the scraped pumkin and cook it until it turns mushy. Add little water if needed.

Now add sugar to it and mix it well.
add a pinch of saffron or turmeric powder for colour

Let it cook for sometime and add the roasted nuts and 1 tbsp ghee mix it well.

Let it cool down and it's ready to serve.
ポイント

1.You can also add food colour instead of turmeric or saffron.
2. This halwa taste good when it served in room temperature.
3. You increase or reduce the amount of sugar as per your taste.
