Quick and Easy Fried Chicken

材料・調味料
two chicken breasts
Olive Oil
Two Tbsp
Flour
One Cup
Garlic Pwdr
One tsp
Pepper
A half tsp
Salt
Two tsp

Slice chicken lengthways in half. so you have four thin breasts now.

Lightly salt and pepper both sides of chicken.

Put flour, garlic, remaining salt and pepper into a ziplock bag. Mix well.

Put oil in frying pan and turn on med heat.

Dredge chicken in flour mixture one piece at a time and put in frying pan.

Cook three to five minutes per side. cook until golden brown and are atleast one hundred fifty five degrees. Let rest for five to ten minutes.
ポイント

These are great to put in the freezer and pull out of quick meals. Great on salads, pasta dishes and mashed potatoes. Cook in butter and thicken juices to make a great sauce or gravy.
