材料・調味料
Idli rice
1 cup
Urad dal
1/4 cup
sugar
1cup
baking powder
1 tsp
water
3/4cup
orange food colour
a pinch
作り方

Soak rice and urad dal in water for 4 hours. Then grind it into thick paste.

Take the ground paste into a bowl. In that add little baking powder, orange food colour and mix it well.

Meanwhile make sugar syrup to soaked the fried balls.
For sugar syrup :
Add 1 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water and stir it until it's become half string texture and add few lemon drops.

Fry the balls in medium heat oil and soak it in the hot sugar syrup.

Collect the soaked balls in a tray and let it dry .

Store it in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge.
