Combine chopped coriander, paprika, Moroccan seasoning, chilli flakes, garlic and a teaspoon of olive oil in a bowl. Chop the chicken breast into 4 separate pieces and rub the mixture on both side of them.

Grill the chicken for 7 minutes on each side and if needed, place them in the oven to cook through

Whilst the chicken is cooking, lightly toss the asparagus in oil and place them in the oven to roast for 15 minutes, turning half way through.

When the chicken has finished, cook the cous cous as directed on the packet.

Take asparagus out of the oven and plate up your dish as you wish. Enjoy!
