My first kale and banana smoothie!

Almond and coconut milk

Ginger
1/2 to 1 tsp
Plain yoghurt
1-2 tbs
Fresh basil
2 leaves
banana

Ice
2 cubes

Add all ingredients
Add chia if you would like some omega
And you have your first green smoothie, packed with nutrients!
