Did you put too much lime?I think it's a little tricky too.Normally I prefer my gazpacho more sour,but with the ones made from fruits,too much sour will take away the wonderful sweetness and aroma of the fruit,so we have to be careful.Also the amount of lime juice might be different everytime,the sweetness of each melon varies too,we just have to taste and adjust everytime...Nevermind,we gain experience,and let's tackle it again.Thank you for doing this again!
私にしては盛り付けをかなり頑張った!!w これが精一杯。
失敗なのはライムをキツく搾りすぎた点。酸味を効かせすぎるとメロンの風味が負けてしまう。
ベストな分量を試行錯誤中。

リックのような繊細でスタイリッシュな盛り付けができるようになるにはまだまだ修行が必要。
メロンとキュウリって似てるよね。ガスパチョ以外にも面白い料理が出来そう。

WECKの蓋、箸置きとかおたま置きとか、小皿としても使えます。案外便利(笑)
そうそう、どちらも瓜ですもんね。高級でないタイプのメロンは当たり前のように「瓜」と呼びますね(笑)
リックの言う通り、フルーツを使う料理にはレモンやライムの酸味は絶対欲しいけど、強すぎると甘さや香りを損なうから、注意しなくてはね。味見をしながら少しずつ調整するのが良さそうです。
