Pork and potato stir fry

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Sliced pork
150g
Potato

Red onion, cut into wedges
1
Garlic, minced
1-2 cloves
Spring onion, cut 2-inch pieces
2 stalks
Coriander
As garnish
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp
Fish sauce
1 tsp
Oyster sauce
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp
Potato starch
3 tsp
Salt
To taste
White Pepper
To taste

作り方

Marinade sliced pork with 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, dash of sesame oil, dash of white pepper, 1 tsp potato starch.

Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Place in broiler/air fryer until almost cooked.

Place oil in pan. Fry roots of spring onion and onion wedges until lightly brown. Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant and slightly brown.

Add marinated sliced pork. Stir fry until edges are brown.

Add broiled potatoes.

Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Add oyster sauce and other seasonings. Simmer until potatoes are soft.

Mix 2 tsp of potato starch with some water. Pour into pan and mix around to thicken the sauce.

Serve hot and garnish with coriander.
