I have lots of preserved lemon in the fridge,I thought I could make a sauce to go with seafood food,it's very similar to the Spanish romesco sauce,very bright flavors.I had all these(and some more,not shown in photo) myself,too greedy...😁
I wish I could send this over... I have no idea,just made up myself,trying to incorporate the preserved lemon,taking the idea of the Spanish romesco sauce too.
Thank you! If prawn are deep fried,I have no problem eating the shell.This is grilled,I keep the shell because I don't want them to dried up when grilling,when I eatt them,I remove the shell and dip them into the sauce!It's finger food,messy but casual!
