I have lots of preserved lemon in the fridge,I thought I could make a sauce to go with seafood food,it's very similar to the Spanish romesco sauce,very bright flavors.I had all these(and some more,not shown in photo) myself,too greedy...😁

I have no idea,just made up myself,trying to incorporate the preserved lemon,taking the idea of the Spanish romesco sauce too.
これは、皮ごと豪快にしゃぶりつく感じで食べるのかなぁ?というかそのように食べたい(๑´ڡ`๑)

If prawn are deep fried,I have no problem eating the shell.This is grilled,I keep the shell because I don't want them to dried up when grilling,when I eatt them,I remove the shell and dip them into the sauce!It's finger food,messy but casual!
