Bread Pockets stuffed with hung curd and veggies

材料・調味料 (6 pieces)
white bread
6 pieces
curd
2 cup
paneer/cottage chees
75-100gm
carrot
1/4th cup
onion
1/4th cup
capsicum
1/4th cup
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
oil
1 tbsp
corn
1/4th cup
oil for fry
1/2 cup

Hang the curd in a cotton cloth at least for 2 hours (I prefer overnight) to drain all the water.

Chop veggies finely. I used onion, capsicum, carrot and corn. you can also use cauliflower, beans, peas, etc.

Heat oil in a pan and fry veggies for a minute. don't fry much. let it cool down before mixing with curd.

Take hung curd in a bowl. add crumbled paneer, fried veggies, salt, pepper and sugar. mix all together. your filling is ready.

take a bread slice. remove the sides with knife. Roll the remaining part with a rolling pin (belan) to a Roti like thickness.

Put 1 tbsp stuffing onto the bread on one side and roll it . apply some milk/water on the sides and seal the bread.

shallow fry the bread pocket in oil on low-medium heat for around 2 minutes from both the sides until it becomes crisp golden brown.

serve with ketchup.
