サラダ的な☆

あ💦いつの間にかもう1月の11日になっちゃってる‼
みなさんこんにちは♪ 今年の目標は胸を張って謙虚に生きる。の私です♪

サラダ的なものです。
サラダにパンを混ぜるのが好きなんです♪
パンとトマトはパルメザンを掛けてグリルで焼いてます。
焼いたトマトは味が濃くなるので、ほぼドレッシング要らずです♪
バルサミコとオリーブオイルを少し掛けていただきました😊

私もサラダにパン、パン大好き人間には最高ですね😆
胸はって謙虚に生きる✨素敵です💓
私も今年は出過ぎず(ここ難しい💦)やらねばならぬ事に一生懸命にいきたいです❗

grilled mackerel with grilled tomato😋Is it also Italian cuisine? I often eat a grilled tomato during winter season.in most case,I eat it with only salt and olive oil. I wanna to try combination with fishes too!

こういうサラダは学生時代によく作っていたもので、すぐ作れて満足感もあるので当時は頻繁に食べてたんですよ😁💦 一皿で十分食事として成立するので、お勧めですよ♪
まぁ、この日は他にメイン的な料理もしっかり食べちゃいましたが…😁💦 ケイさんも一人ランチの機会があれば作ってみてください💕

このサラダも気になり、早速挑戦してみました。食いしん坊なので、山盛りサラダになりすぎました(笑)パルメザンチーズをのせて、トマトをグリルしたら超絶美味しかったです。しかも途中、オーブンから良い香りがしてました。美味しいです！！
パンはすっかり忘れており、次回にお預けです(^o^;)

It's done by the Italians,this kind of bread salad,also served with lot of things too if you like,you know it's a casual thing.I am quite sure similar things are done throughout the Mediterranean too!
