Lucky you,they have the best Shanghai crab there,price reasonable too!
This requires some work,but I had to try it,and so glad I did!I
I actually got the idea from a Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong,but if you could find shanghai crab(or any other type) in Japan,I am sure you could handle this!

Thank you Makiko,so glad you like these tea cups.I got them in a place that Yukari requested to go,it's an old place,kind of a domestic workshop located in an island about half an hour ferry ride from HK.
I always love the silkiness of chawamushi,and I got this idea from a Japanese restaurant in HK,it's a dish they serve,I thought it's a cool idea,I usually just eat Shanghai crab straight from the shell,but I have to try making this!

I have no patient picking the crab,but I ran out of cooking ideas so I went ahead and make this,and it was totally worth it at the end,luscious crab meat and roe inside silky smooth steam egg,gotta be good!

噢，你是說「冇得輸」嗎？「冇」是沒有，「輸」只是贏輸的輸。是近來的廣東話潮語，意思是很好,很了得罷了⋯⋯
不是廣東人的話，有些廣東字很難了解的，有不明白的地方請隨便問我！

原來如此。這種仿古品用日語來說應該是「写し うつし」吧。「写し」不是假的的意思，而是尊重古式還原古董的行为，比如说「三島写し」、「仁清写し」等等。你是深刻地了解日本文化的，大概已經知道吧。

現在華人很少欣賞這種款式嗎？ 那太可惜了 (；д；)

這組字的意思大概就是這個！蛋料理來説，大概日本的茶碗蒸最是纖細的，加上上海毛蟹的豐腴，是絕佳的配合。
