Combine all ingredients and soak Best results are overnight ..... Parfait Ingredients: 100 gram chia pudding 80 gram Nudie Coconut Yoghurt 10 gram unsalted macadamia nuts 30 gram Blueberries, Raspberries or Black Berries Method: To assemble parfait..... Weigh out nuts and berries Place the parfait glass or bowl on a scale and weigh a third of the pudding and yoghurt at a time placing nuts and berries on each layer, garnishing the top with berries and nuts
