Whey
4 tbsp
Smoked Orange, Garlic & Chilli Salt (YIAH)
1 tbsp
Carraway seeds
1 tbsp

Grate cabbage and carrots, place in pan and pound to release juices.

Add whey, salt and carraway seeds. Transfer to glass jar. Press down so juices rise above cabbage. Keep below rim of jar.

Sit on bench for 3 days. Then ready for cold storage.
ポイント

Can be eaten straight away but I like the flavours to develop first.
