Thank you Makiko San,so glad you like this!The mash potato under the lamb has no mozzarella in it,just milk and olive oil,no butter because I wanted something lighter.The mash is quite soft and I spread it out so may be it looks like it glad cheese in it! The sauce is made with anchovy,preserved lemon and white wine.I am not familiar with white wine,I reckon a crisp Pinot Gris(?) would go well with this dish.
