It's lychee season,I love it but I can't eat too much,so I have assorted summer fruits.The osmanthus jelly goes well with many fruits,it's made with osmanthus sugar and 桂花陳酒,I am sure you know this wine,probably a little sweet for you to drink,but it's great for dessert!

Thank you,you are welcome!Actually I wanted to make a dessert with just lychee,you know I love it and anticipate for it's season every summer,such a shame I couldn't eat too much,so I have to incorporate other summer fruits as well,these I thought would look and taste good together.I love the the idea of serving jelly on seasonal food at Japanese restaurants,both sweet and savoury,that's how the idea comes from,and I thought osmanthus works well with many fruits too.
I love mangosteen too,I only eat it straight.I have seen a Thai style mangosteen seafood salad here before,I haven't try yet,but I could imagine it's delicious!
