This had been on my mind for a long time.Looking at Kinacox San past posts,this really caught my eyes,who would have thought of making a pesto sauce with a Chinese/Japanese vegetable?I wasn't sure how it's going to taste,now I know,it tastes great!I also added some green beans for some crunch.I hate
