This had been on my mind for a long time.Looking at Kinacox San past posts,this really caught my eyes,who would have thought of making a pesto sauce with a Chinese/Japanese vegetable?I wasn't sure how it's going to taste,now I know,it tastes great!I also added some green beans for some crunch.I hate
hated 春菊and only until recently I started to eat more,after this I like it even more!Thank you,Kinacox San!
Pine nut is a good match too.

To: yuiwatchcat that's right,pine nuts are good here!By the way,in case you are not familiar with春菊,it's a strong unique tasting vegetable,they might have it in Thailand,with a very different name I guess...
