Such a common Chinese dish,I have never thought of making it,but I had leftover from stuffed tomato last time,I thought I could give it a Japanese treatment and make it more special.There is mince pork with shio konbu,cooked in a sauce made up with tomato and dashi,in went the scramble eggs and topped with shiso. Quite proud of this one!!
Thank you Jazco San! It's a more substantial version of stir fried tomato and eggs,and I prefer it like this,very good family dish and perfect with rice! Very true,shio konbu is also my little trick to make things taste better,it works so well here. Shiso adds very lovely fresh aroma too!
