Peel the fish, clean from inside and take out the bone. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and thyme, grease with olive oil and leave for 30 minutes. Zucchini and champignons slice and fry lightly on the intensive heat. Roll the fish in flour and fry quickly from both sides.

Put the fish on the aluminum foil and stuff with zucchini and champignons. Mix sour cream with salt, greens and crushed garlic and apply on the fish. Bake in hot oven 220C 30-35min.
