Warm salad with tongue, baked celeriac, forest mushrooms, kale and blueberries under the berry vinairy vinaigrette🇵🇱

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Baked celeriac
1/3 of big one
Baby spinach
1 packet
Baby leaves kale salad
Boiled tongue (pork or beef)
200g
Mushrooms
100g
Blueberry
2tbs
Crushed walnuts
2tbs
Fresh dill and mint
Salt and pepper
Berry vinaigrette:
Frozen black currant
100g
Olive oil
2tbs
Framboise vinegar
2tbs
Honey
2tbs
Salt and pepper
作り方

Mix salad leaves and sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little olive oil to make them shine.

Apply on a plate one handful of leaves mix, slices of baked celeriac and boiled tongue between them.

Lightly fry mushrooms with a little olive oil, salt pepper and a little of fresh thyme. Add to a salad.

Decorate with fresh blueberries, crushed walnuts and some flowers to create a cute forest style.

Season with salt, pepper and berry vinaigrette.

Berry vinaigrette:
Blend black currant and add all the other ingredients. Then shake well.
