Beloved quick made🐣 egg salad 🐣 😙

sweet sour mini cucumber

vinegar

olive oil
2-3 little spoon
herbs
a little
mayonnaise

custard / senf

Boil the egg for 8 - 10 minutes (recording to egg size) so that they are well done cooked.

Put in a bowl vinegar, salt, fresh or dried herbs, mayonnaise, custard / senf and squir well through so you will have a nice emulgation. Then add the olive oil to it and squir again.

Next slice the cucumber in very thin cubes and put in salad sauce.

Prepare a thin plate.
If the eggs are cooked let them cool down under cool water 💧. Then remove softly the egg shell.

Use an egg cutter or slice the eggs in very thin nice slices and lay them in circles on the prepared plate.

In a last step put the salad sauce over the eggs and do a pinch of salt all over and some herbs for decoration.

You can serve a slice of bread to it or another green salad.
