Crispy Carrot Chips

carrot
200.gram
rice flour
40.gram
tapioca starch
20.gram
salt
half. Tsp
garlic powder
half. Tsp
chili powder
1/4. Tsp
baking powder
1/4. Tsp
ice water

peel carrot skin, wash clean and let it dry wipe with paper towel/tisyu.

cut carrot into very thinly long strip.

inside bowl mixed Tapioca starch, rice flour, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and baking powder, add ice water stirring well, the batter should be NOT thick.

add the strip carrot inside the batter, mix well, then strained it, let the batter going down by self.

heat cooking oil, whenever oil ready, take half handfull from the mixture carrot put inside the hot oil, turn down the heat into medium. stirring occasionally,
fry the carrot until golden brown and crispy.
