Galushky with mushrooms and sour cream;)

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
The dough:
Yoghurt
1cup
Soda
0.5tsp
Egg
1pcs
Flour
2.5cups
Olive oil
1tbs
The sauce:
Mushrooms
200g
Yoghurt
1cup
Onion
1pcs
Herbs
To taste
Salt and pepper
To taste
作り方

Cut the mushrooms into slices, and onion 1/4 rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onion until golden.
Add mushrooms and fresh thyme (or dried), salt and pepper and fry until golden brown.

Add soda into yoghurt, salt and egg then mix.
Put into your liquid mixture sifted flour step by step and knead a soft elastic dough.

Form the dough "sausage" and cut them into small pieces.
Boil dumplings in salted water until half done.

Mix dumplings (galushky) with mushrooms and place into ceramic pot, add sour cream and parsley.

Bake dumplings in a preheated 200C oven for 20-30 minutes (until tender).
Dumplings are ready.
