Japanese spring salad: canola flowers, wakame seaweed and shimeji mushrooms with miso-mustard dressing

I think this is gonna be the last time I have canola flowers this year. The season will be over very soon and I tasted more bitterness in the flowers and they are getting a little tough as well. Still enjoyable though.
