(1)White Pea : take amount as you required.Pressure cook it with a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of baking soda for 3&4 whistles. (2)Take 1-2 boil potatoes and cut it in small squares.

(3)Take a bowl and mix the boiled white pea and boiled potatoes.

(4)Now,add white salt and black salt as per taste,dry roasted cumeen seeds powder(low amount),3-4 drops lemon juice,red mirch powder as per taste, coriander leaves and broken pani puri,mix it all and fill in the pani puri.

(5)Add tamarind sauce,whisked curd,and roasted cumeen seeds powder, chopped onion over the pani puri and some black salt also ,,for garnishing add coriander leaves.
