Cook your rice in boiling water with salt. For every cup of rice add 2 ½ cups of water.

Clean broccoli and cut into small pieces. Add to a pot with a few centimetres of boiling water using your lid to create steam for them to cook in. They should cook really fast. Leave them a bit crunchy. Add sal to taste.

When rice is cooked, drain and add some extra v olive oil and salt to taste.
