Spinach and potato gnocchi with mushrooms and chive

Handmade,one by one,and take lots of time,but so good that I think its's well worth the effort.Usually made with just potato,but this time I added some chopped spinach,I have to say it doesn't do much and I'll stick to plain potato next time.I prefer to shape these into little cylinders.
To: rikk Seem likes you had delicate job today ;) Although, spinach didnt do much, it added nice color to your gnocchi. Spending lot of time on cooking but, its always nice when we see an outcome!

To: PraePlanet To: PraePlanet I was thinking about this whole day long,and I just needed to make this even I knew it was going to take a lot if work,luckily I know a trick to make this faster and still taste good.I think so too,the spinach gives this a nice colour!
