Lay's Crispy chicken with wild rice and greens

- Mix mayonnaise with dijon mustard.

- Season chicken breasts with salt n pepper

- Coat chicken with mayonnaise mixture. The mayo coating will keep the chicken moist and tender!

- Coat chicken with crushed potato chips. Press firmly to cover

- Add light amount of olive oil on a pan and place chicken. Bake until golden brown!
ポイント
I dont put oil on top of the chicken because the chips have enough oil to create the "fried" taste and texture!
